Meet The Team
Adam Ingham
Partner
Adam has had over 25 year’s experience in personal and business banking, holds an Australian Credit Licence and is a member of the Finance Brokers Association of Australia.
He has both broad and specialised experience in a number of banking sectors, firstly with the banks including Macquarie Bank, CBA and Bankwest and then in private practice with Ashe Morgan Winthrop and Balmain Commercial.
In the volatile days following the GFC in 2009 Adam went alone in his own mortgage broking business setting up Radius Finance from scratch, the pre-cursor to BCI Finance Partners.
Growing up in country NSW with self employed parents and with a trade background in construction and heavy industry prior to a career in banking, Adam offers his clients a unique, broad and very grounded perspective of life and business.
It is this combination of practical, real-world experience and professional training that allows Adam to commercially resolve complex matters and strive for his clients with persistence and tenacity.
Dean Burston
Partner
Dean has over 25 years’ experience in personal and business banking and is a member of the Mortgage Finance Association of Australia.
Dean has extensive finance industry experience from working at both major and smaller banks in a number of banking sectors including credit & risk management, business asset finance, business and commercial banking. In the last 5 year Dean has successfully grown his own mortgage broking business, providing solutions to clients for all types of lending needs including home & investment loans, business & commercial loans and equipment finance.
Specialising in the SME market, he is able to understand clients with both simple and complex financial structures, and create an appropriate plan to finance purchases, restructure, refinance or fund for future growth
With a down to earth and common sense approach, strong relationships are built with clients and referral partners which is reflected in continued repeat business.
Ian Clark
Partner
Ian has had over 30 years’ experience in personal and business banking and is a member of the Finance Brokers Association of Australia.
Ian has both broad and specialised experience in a number of banking sectors, including retail banking, business asset finance and commercial banking.
This experience comes from over 20 years with BankWest throughout Western Australia, Adelaide and Melbourne and over 12 years with ANZ and Westpac in Western Australia.
Growing up in country Western Australia, before joining the then Rural and Industries Bank of WA, Ian has covered almost all types of lending with specialties in Agribusiness, Accommodation and self-employed business clients.
This, combined with several years as a Regional Credit Manager, allows Ian to succinctly identify the most appropriate requirements and options for all types of lending requests.
Putting his clients at the forefront, Ian is prepared to challenge and seek alternative options to obtain the best possible results.
